Culinary programmes

Offered at our Sydney or Adelaide campuses, these are intensive training courses in cuisine and patisserie for those aspiring to become chefs. They combine all the critical elements of mastering the principles, theory and techniques of classical French cuisine. The renowned Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme (Certificate III in Hospitality) is considered the most intensive, comprehensive training in classic French cuisine and pâtisserie. In collaboration with Southern Cross University, Le Cordon Bleu has launched an exciting online degree, the Master of Gastronomic Tourism, designed for individuals with an interest in gastronomy, wine and tourism. The only postgraduate degree of its kind in Australia, it combines an academic approach to understanding food and drink with historical, cultural and contemporary contexts, integrated with tourism, business and management applications.
