Culinary programmes

Offered at our Sydney or Adelaide campuses, these are intensive training courses in cuisine and patisserie for those aspiring to become chefs. They combine all the critical elements of mastering the principles, theory and techniques of classical French cuisine. The renowned Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme (Certificate III in Hospitality) is considered the most intensive, comprehensive training in classic French cuisine and pâtisserie.
