The Graduate Employment Service (GES) is a professional recruitment service aimed at assisting Holmesglen graduates into employment following completion of their studies. GES has worked with thousands of Holmesglen graduates, providing students with job readiness coaching, employment assistance and career related advice. The GES also finds suitable employment opportunities for Holmesglen graduates within the field of their expertise.

The service is exclusive to Holmesglen’s graduates and extends far beyond assisting them to secure employment. As the transition from the school environment to the workplace can be challenging and sometimes a daunting experience, the Graduate Employment Service ensures ongoing support by maintaining contact with the students to help them learn about workplace culture, understand processes and provide advice on resolving any issues they might encounter.

GES provides international students with tremendous opportunities to hone their job search skills, boost their confidence and make a mark in the Australian job market. Services are provided on a one-on-one basis, tailored to suit each student’s specific needs. To date, the service has placed hundreds of students from all facilities and disciplines into appropriate employment across an impressive portfolio of employers.
